Annoying design flaw, beans get stuck

It has a crucial design flaw, the bean hopper does not have enough angle at the base for gravity to push the beans. While the grinding itself is good, I have to shake the whole machine, tap it on the side, or (my favorite) use a slim spoon to continually move the beans while grinding. An additional design flaw is the closing lever to remove the hopper for cleaning or changing beans; it is very hard to close it and the beans get in the way. If Zwilling offered an improved replacement hopper, I would be thrilled with this grinder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Zwilling coffee grinder. I bought the white one for my decaf coffee almost a year ago and love it. I decided to 86 my old coffee grinder that I was using for caffeinated coffee and buy the black one. It works great and I’ve love it. It grinds perfectly. I would highly recommend it.

Very competent grinder. It is a little noisier than my last burr grinder. I like the many dial-in grind options and I love the ability to grind directly into the Zwilling Enfinigy coffee maker brew basket.

It’s fun to find yr grinding size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It offers wide ranging from 01-120 size for grinding size. I can choose different size to brew hand drip or expresso. The recommended size 15-35 won’t fit my expresso machine. Finally 60 is used. Still testing the optimal grind size. That’s fun!
