Quick and quiet'er

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it, but very versatile with many settings and quieter than our current grinder. Excited for our journey... Bummed to see it's actually made in China though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this coffee grinder as an upgrade to our current grinder. This worked for 1 week. Now we cannot get it to grind at all. We took entire unit apart. Does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have now used this coffee grinder, personal blender and toaster for a while.... still like it!
the 3 items look great on kitchen counter and no complaints with service, worth the money. Can they make a coffee maker for single use? I'd buy that...

Nice design and versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine looks nice and there are a lot of settings for the size of the grind. It can get a bit messy when you remove grounded coffee from the machine as some remaining coffee can get stuck at the mouth of the machine. It is best to give a a shake before removing it.

Decent, requires constant attention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great grinder, but loud and the beans fail to fall into grinder continuously. We use an oily dark bean and the slope of the bean hopper is slight, so the beans stock and fail to fall into the grinder. Frequently the grinder will begin grinding air and we have to tap and knock on it to help the beans fall.

Good machine with small improvement possible

I use this machine for my espresso, so far it's been good. Here are a couple of things to know about the grinder: the first time you use it, it can take a while for the ground coffee to come out and the brush used to clean the machine is hidden under the foot of the machine. As an opportunity for improvement, the machine should come with a portafilter holder for convenience.
