[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker arrived well packaged, and was easy to pull out and get set up. It is very sleek, and the interface is easy to use (once you are used to it). I set the coffee timer and it went off without a hitch with the blooming function to boot. It seems high quality and well thought out, and time will tell how it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a great coffee maker to replace my Nespresso, as I could not stand the quality of the Nespresso. I was so excited to find this machine. It looks absolutely beautiful and the blooming function is fantastic. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffeemaker that can rival the mochamaster's brewing methods, especially with the bloom function, which is the same as making a pour over by hand. At first I was skeptical that an automatic brewer can make coffee as good as a manual pour over. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be no replacement carafe or replacement parts available from the manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well i registered the product after it arrived and then they wanted a review for some knives.... it arrived in about a week and after plugging in to run the cleaning cycle it worked.
Exterior somewhat cheap and plastically, but was expecting that for the price. It was packaged well. I did not have a big problem taking pot off, but very limited use.

Excellent Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a Nespresso Vertuo machine for 8 years or so, I was ready for a better cup of coffee. I tried another expensive machine that was rated the best by CR but after a few months it wouldn't get hot enough during brewing. This machine makes excellent coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works wonders. I agree with other reviews that the build quality seems a bit cheap as it is plastic but the coffee it brews is exceptional. We baby and take care of the appliances we have around the house so I see this lasting some time (especially as it’ll be myself that will be using it the most). Interface is intuitive and takes the guess work out of brewing a great cup of coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this due to the ability to put the basket directly under the grinder, and have found the coffee maker easy to use without making the mess our previous Cuisinart made. It also makes a far superior pot of coffee so pleased overall. Don’t like that the brewed pot only stays hot for 30 minutes.
