Completely fell apart after the first year!

As soon as the 12 month warranty expired, all of the plastic on this machine started to crack and fall apart. I have never seen anything like this from a washing machine. This is complete junk. Any good reviews will have been posted within the first year of purchase. After that it falls apart. This is one of the most expensive washers I ever purchased. What a disappointment and a scam. The cheap washers last 10x as long

Good machine limited by its controls

Have been running it for around a month. Overall good product with respect to cleaning performance, cycle times, and noise. Disappointed as always with the limitations the electronic controls pkace on selecting water levels and temperature. Frustrating to only be able to do so on select cycles. Should go back to the analog knob controls for better choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible, tangles clothes, not enough water

Not sure how I feel yet

Washer is nice looking & very large capacity. I wish it had traditional controls.. water temperature, water amount. I have to trust that the machine is properly filling for each load. Each setting on the dial has predetermined settings. I’m not a fan of that. I constantly need to readjust the presets to what I want which is annoying. A nice feature is the prefilled laundry soap dispenser. You fill it once & the machine automatically adds detergent to each load. It will let you know when the dispenser needs to be refilled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too much emphasis on efficiency

Great looking washer, I love the glsss top and large capacity however too much design emphasis was placed on efficiency and minimizing electric and water consumption. It takes to long to navigate selecting max temp, water level and aggitation for a contractor with filthy work clothes.

A very good appliance, would like smart features

We LOVE this unit. It's very spacious and very easy to use. And the smart capabilities are nice. However, it would be nice if we could actually start the unit while away instead of having go rig it to start. Start from the app would make it perfect. All in all, would repeat the purchase.
