Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. Some models (like yours) have a Deep Fill option which adds an additional 3 gallons of water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill.

We loved our new washer when we got then today, but then as soon as they were hooked up and we got the first load of laundry started, the washer turned off in the middle of the wash cycle and won't turn back on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How do you soak a load?

Waiting for answers to questions asked on your website, not really impressed at this point.
I cant figure out how to soak a load, everything I try the washer automatically drains. When I try the deep fill function sometimes it does and some times it does not work. Would I buy it again? Without answers to my questions NO. The website not very helpful for me. Paid way to much for it not do what I want it to do. Don't like the fact I cannot set the tangle control on every setting. In my previous life I prototyped new products, boy could I give more comments. If they answer me and clear up my issues I would update this review.

This particular model does not offer a soak feature. However, once a cycle has been selected and started, you can press the Start/Pause button one time to pause the cycle. If the lid remains closed, the washer can remain in a "paused" state for up to 24 hrs. If the lid is open, it's only 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, the washer will automatically drain and spin. For example, if you wanted to soak for an hour, after pausing the existing cycle (lid closed),you can come back an hour later and all you need to do is press the Start/Pause button again and the washer will finish the cycle. If you change the actual wash cycle, it will drain the water.

Love the tangle option

This machine washers clothes great! However, the fact that does NOT have a simple chime when load is finished washing is appalling. The fact that a signal has to be through a phone or an Alexa is ludicrous! The fact many people want the simple way of doing things, and does not want to use technology!
