Already had problem

The second load in my brand new washer stopped working with my clothes soaking in water. The machine was completely off, no lights were on, like it finished the cycle. But my clothes were soaking in soapy water. I turned the dial to rinse and spin cycle, to finish my load. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE BEGINNING OF MY REGRETS PURCHASING A GE WASHER!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the features especially the flex dispense. It doesn't waste detergent and I don't have to deal with it every wash.

Worst delivery experience ever

Worst delivery experience ever but great customer service. Delivery team put a hole in the drain hose and didn't even install the hose hanger. I had to find out when the water ran across my floor. Two times they came back to install the hose and both times a different color hose which was canabolized from a washer in their delivery truck.. Told them to take awalk both times. after 2 weeks GE finally sent me the replacement and missing parts and I installed them myself. As for the washer.. it does not remove any dog har.. I never even thought of it before since I never had a washer/dryer which didn't remove it but this set doesn't . The Soap dispenser does not recognize sams brand soap so have it set for generic. after 3 weeks The soap level us still high, I don't know if its actually dispensing soap anymore since the level has not dropped,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend using a lint roller prior to washing your clothes to help cut down on excess pet hair, and fabric softener is a great way to help lessen the static cling effect that causes it to stick to your clothing. We also suggest taking a look at the article below if you’re seeing a lot of lint or pet hair inside the drum after a cycle, as your unit may not be venting properly.

A lot of great features, and app connectivity.

The washer has a lot of great features. I have the model with the agitator. The agitator did already come unscrewed since it wasn't tightened at the factory. It does a good job washing for today's models. I like that I can turn on the Deep Fill and actually fill up the tub with water for loads like towels. I'm finally able to get those type of items clean, that never seemed as clean with my old front loader. I like that you can customize each setting in the app. Being able to tell it how long you want to soak the load is great that it will do it automatically. Love the app connectivity and notifications when it is complete.
