I've had my washer for about a month now and I love it. Still trying to get used to it. It is quite. Still need to sit down and read information about everything.

Wish I never bought it. It’s only been installed 2 weeks and nothing but problems. It doesn’t fill-even on “deep” fill. I’m filling buckets of water and dumping them into the washer

Worst product ever

Worst washer ever. This is the second one within 5 months. Same issue as with the first one drum is banging so load and the cloths were soaked at the end of the cycle. Plus the detergent drawer is filled with water after the cycle ends. Waste of energy, water and my time for all the repair calls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible cheap washer

Us by the retailer and it was supposed to be great quality but it’s horrible. It’s loud, bangs, seems like low quality, cheap parts. I never overload it and follow all guidelines and it’s sounds like it’s going to fall apart

I haven't used top loader in many many years, looks love it, love ut books to app tells when laundry is done. I haven't really played with all settings yet. One thing it's very loud, does go off balance often.

The best! Laundry is fun!

We absolutely love this washer, and now enjoy doing laundry. The stain remover setting is highly effective. I love not having to fill the laundry detergent every time. I I actually like the app a lot.

Extremely quiet, and efficient washer. Washes thoroughly, in half the time as our 15 year old Maytag. Love the Cobalt Blue finish.

Louder than others and out of balance a lot ⚠️

This is a pretty disappointing purchase. Using the “normal” cycle isn’t recommended for your average load of laundry. This setting is the eco wash and uses a tiny amount of water that doesn’t clean your clothes as GE claims. Per the GE rep they don’t recommend using this setting either.
There’s too many cannot do on this or any HE/ eco washer machines for that matter. For example, you can’t deep fill on certain cycles, such as your “normal” cycle or “bulk” cycle - these are just the two but there are other cycles you can’t use deep fill and it limits how many “deep fill” you’re allowed to add. Makes since to a point cuz you don’t want a flood. But I want my clothes submerged in water and not above water. I get the reducing water and this is the new technology but wet clothes doesn’t equal clean clothes.
This machine often gets out of balance whether you have your clothes equally distributed prior to loading, it doesn’t matter the size of your load whether normal or light it it’s out of balancer where you have to manually help balance the wash again. Even my old crappy Samsung didn’t get out of balance like this GE.
Lastly, this is a pretty loud machine. My old Samsung wasn’t as loud as this.
For what it’s worth, it’s a decent buy if you’re on a budget. But you know the saying “you get what you pay for”. You just have to learn the machine. You just need to ask the sales rep all questions up front since you can’t wash a load at the store.
The should’ve, could’ve and would’ve scenario is I should’ve went with the American made Speed Queen.
