Great washer

The washer works very well. I feel it cleans everything great. The dark blue is bonus being my favorite color and different. I love the option to use pods or liquid detergent. The drum is a great size too.

I love that its so big I can fit my king size comforter in there! I also love that I can do a deep fill on work clothes and speed washing on barely worn clothes.

I’m very disappointed in my purchase. The clothes get extremely tangles and I can’t control the water level. I do not recommend.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. Tangled, twisted, or knotted clothes can happen when wash loads weren't properly sorted. Please refer to the link below for some helpful tips to prevent this from happening:

Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is completely normal for your high efficiency washer. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
If your clothes continue to get tangled, you can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Happy with GE Profile Agitator 5.3 cu in Washer

I have only had my new GE Profile 5.3 cu. in with agitator washing machine for 1 day and have only washed 1 load, that said, i know i made the right decision to purchase this washer. I replaced my Whirlpool Cabrio washer with Impeller. The Whirlpool still works like the first day it was purchased but the Impeller machine never did clean my clothes and bedding. I know by doing 1 load, that this agitator machine cleaned my bedding much better than the Impeller machine and the water level is higher the way i expected.
I am a happy customer, so far!

Very Loud!!!!!

although it does a very good job at cleaning it is extremely loud. It makes a terrible sound when you push start. I had a Maytag commercial washer and dryer before , I thought I would try GE and I regret it tremendously. I hope this breaks soon so I can go back to Maytag

Different but good!

The washer is quite different from our old machine. It doesn't fill nearly as full as our old one but it does a good job cleaning our clothes. It looks great and runs quietly, it was a good purchase and we would do it again.
