so different from my old washer, it took some time to get used too. But now I love it, it does a great job on washing the clothes, towels, sheets, everything.

The washer is very nice. Like having an agitator! Love the Sapphire Blue! The tangle control is great for large blankets and bedspreads. Great results for a man!

Great but confusing features, questionable quality

I love the extra features that this washer offers that our old washer didn't have, especially the Smart Dispense automatic soap dispenser, Smart Wash feature, and the notifications I receive on my phone when a wash cycle is almost done and when it's done. I am still trying to figure out the Alexa connection feature, and I don't agree with the automatic temperature and spin settings it makes when you choose the type of items you are washing, and I regularly need to manually adjust them. This washer doesn't appear to be made as sturdy as the old machine, and I doubt it will last anywhere near as long as the old machines did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded and staying with the GE family

This GE Profile replaced an 18 year old GE washing machine. So happy we stayed part of the GE family. Loving this new washing machine. Easy to use, fan of top loading, quiet and energy efficient. Learning to use the voice commands.
