Noisy

I bought this a month ago. The first problem was that you have to assemble the exhaust hose ends onto the hose. I could not get the piece that attaches to the window to completely seal onto the hose. Had to use duct tape to completely seal it off from the outside air. I also had to use electrical tape to close off openings on the plastic window insert. The unit also rattles loudly especially when first turned on. It would be nice if there was an option to have the fan stay on as white noise when the compressor shuts off. The unit does cool my bedroom well.

Installing the vent hose kit to the window incorrectly can cause the unit to raddle and be noisy. Check out the owner manual on page 12 on properly connecting the vent hose to the window panel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my God this is the best product that LG ever produced I am greatly appreciated that I spent my money on this product it is a great product and has so many options I mean it will cool or within 5 Seconds of a room and what is internet connection I can cool off my room with a touch of a button off my phone and by time I get to my room it'll be cool love the product another part of the product that I love is the filter oh my God you don't really need to change it as much I had the product and the first time I change the filter I had the product for almost 2 months or maybe 3 months and the first time I changed the filter it was not that much dust on it I have products in the past and I will have to change them every two to three weeks and it be like caked on dust on it on the filter and oh my God this one didn't have as much I love the product I also have another product of LG's the sidekick washer oh my God that product I love it I love it I love it I love it the best washer known to me

Stopped blowing cold air after 2 seasons

The unit stopped working after 2 seasons and it is economically tough choice either to fix it or buy a new better unit. I won't buy it again.
