[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC after thorough research and I am happy with it's cooling power and product design. The single hose design is naturally inefficient, but it has no problems cooling my 2nd floor bedroom with no central AC. Noise level is average; the compressor is less buzzy than other brands, but it's still quite noisy on high fan speed cooling. If you've never owned a portable AC before the noise is something you definitely will need to get used to.
My gripes are that it does not show you the room temperature except only on the Thinq App, and getting it connected to your Wifi is pretty cumbersome and I had to restart it twice. I think I got a good deal for this model online, but the MSRP is way too much for it in my opinion.

Loud, shuts off, leaky

This unit keeps shutting off. I've tried different outlets and settings. I'm a light sleeper and this wakes me up repeatedly each time it stops entirely and restarts minutes later. I find it doesn't cool very comfortably and it leaks despite the hose (not included, unlike other lines). I'm so unhappy with this unit and the seller. I plan to return due to the noise alone. My floors are puckering from the leaking and sadly there is little more I can do about that.

It really cools my bedroom within minutes. It is not super loud like other units. I also like that it has a remote, so I turn the unit on and off from my bed.
