It makes a lot more noise than I expected. It has intermittent noises like water dropping on the fan and sometimes it sounds like the fan is loose, rattles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wanted to write and say what a great purchase I made. This AC is portable, so it can be moved from room to room. I purchased this because our AC in our living room was not working to it’s capacity and the temperature outside was going to be close to 100. It was so easy to install and works wonderfully. It actually works better than the wall unit that is 12,000 BTU’s and this one is 10,000. I highly recommend this brand and BTU.

I like the way it looks I just wish I could actually use it. Oh and it also leaks when it should be auto evaporating. Now I get to deal with having repaired... What a nightmare.
