[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good into a couple months of ownership. I'm enjoying using the app to control various LG appliances in the house including this one. This AC does indeed cool the house downstairs reasonably well. I'm hoping it will be functioning and doing well for some years ahead as it is currently. Its about as loud as a microwave as it runs, which is fine to me. Very simple to install. My only wish would be better handles to move it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is easy to use and install. Very easy instructions. Cools the room quickly and efficiently. There was no problem installing the unit with the attachments provided. Took less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product and have already. It works great for windows that also slide side to side. I have this in my grandsons room with the windows that slide side to side because the regular window could not work with those windows properly. It was a cinch to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performs well (My expectations were to cool a 450 sq ft area to a temperature of approximately 80 degrees with humidity levels of 50%). Expectations were met and I am totally satisfied being here in Southern Maine (only about 20 high humidity and high temperature days per year). Installation was easy thanks to a solid and well designed venting system. The color combination of a pearl black AC unit with an off white hose looks great as compared to the white refrigerator look.
