I took off a star because of the inability to wake up the computer in tablet mode and the lack of a holder for the pen which greatly increases to chance it will fall and be damaged. Otherwise, great product.

I bought the PC. It had a defective touch pad. I sent it for repair. It was promised with a roughly one week turnaround. It has now been about 6 weeks and there is no sign that they will return it anytime soon.
