First and foremost the entire process of purchasing and receiving/unboxing the mattress was 10/10. The order was processed quickly and I honestly don’t think I spent 3 minutes between ordering and setting it up. Flawless.
My gripe with the mattress is that it’s not uniform from side to side. One edge has a defended 90* angle lip, and the other sort of slopes or rolls. It’s not the end of the world, as I can’t occupy both sides of a queen mattress at the same time and I have the side I need to work on the side I sleep on, but it’s an issue. In hindsight I regret not buying the more expensive model but live and learn.
Ignoring the odd side, I really do like the mattress. It doesn’t sleep warm as I had feared, it’s far less mushy than I imaged and the fact that it doesn’t transfer my motion through it is neat. It’s very calming, I don’t really know how to describe it.

Skip it. Tried it for one week and had more back problems than when I began. Also didn’t have ONE full nights sleep on the mattress. Would constantly wake up and need to reposition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the fourth tuft and needle mattress we have bought and is as wonderful as the other 3. This one we purchased for our boat, and while the fit was tight (boat's are never standard in anything), it did fit and due to the moist climate we got the Microbacterial coating. The comfort is excellent with just the right amount of support. We both get an excellent night sleep with out the aches and pains of the old mattress. We have recommended this to our kids, who have since purchased on, my family, and my 90 year old mother. All say it's the best mattress they have ever had.

After having the Original T&N mattress for 4 yrs, when it was time to replace the guest room mattress, there was no question that we would replace it with a T&N mattress. Love it and recommend it to everyone.

Its only been 2 weeks but loving it so far, the first couple of nights I'll admit I was a little sore and it felt like my body was adjusting to a new mattress. But now that I'm two weeks in I absolutely love it and am sleeping like a rock every night. Not to mention this is my first king size bed and boy oh boy is that a game changer. For anyone considering if they should upgrade to a king... do it!
