This mattress is way too soft. No support at all. Not even my 2.5 yr old will sleep through the night on it. Just uncomfortable. She hasn’t had a solid night’s sleep since she’s been using this mattress.

Sadly not the perfect mattress we were hoping for. My wife and I wake up more often through the night and are more sore than we were with our former mattress. The only benefit is we do not feel each other move as much as we did previously.

The products are amazing, but the customer service is what puts Tuft & Needle over the top. You don’t have to worry “what if I don’t like it?!?”; chances are, you will love it and if you don’t? They will make it right.
