The original mattress was too soft for me. I woke up with back pain from sleeping on it. However the customer service was excellent and I was easily able to get a refund so I give them 4 stars.

Don’t use a slatted bed frame with this mattress

I feel like it is sinking through my slatted bed frame. I feel like that should have been a warning in the description on the website. I feel like it isn’t sturdy enough to last very long as I can feel where the center pole of the bed frame is underneath the mattress.

Very firm. Had to get their topper to make it somewhat softer. Mattress is in my guest room. Wouldn’t want to sleep on it every night. Don’t want to spend more money to upgrade since it’s in a guest room. On the positive side, customer service was very good.

Have had it for one month so far and really like the feel of this bed. Has helped me cope with how bad the red sox are this year. After watching them lose night after night, I can count on this bed to provide me with much needed comfort.

This is my third purchase of a Tuft and Needle mattress. I would have chosen the new model but I don't like the extra two inches of height. I am not fond of high mattresses. I prefer an 8 inch one, but they are harder to find. My first purchase was maybe 4 or 5 years ago, when there were only two locations to test a mattress: San Francisco and Phoenix. That mattress is still great. I also think the 100 day return policy is great, so I often recommend this product to friends.
