Seems comfortable at first, but softens too much with use

I bought my mattress in 2018 and it is already too soft. I toss and turn most nights, and wake up with lower back pain every morning. I replaced my pillow, thinking it may be that, but it's definitely the mattress. I am not a large person (125 lbs) and within a year of owning this mattress I already am looking for other options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We really like our mattress. It is cushy, but we decided to use a topper and it made it softer which we like. We felt very comfortable ordering it because of the 100 night trial, but we won’t be sending it back.

VERY HOT. I actually am cold when I sleep, but I wake up in a sweat every morning. I’m only happy that this mattress has helped my back pain but cautious because many report that the mattress says within 6 months- 1 year. Probably wouldn’t purchase again, especially for the price.
