Hard as a brick, even months after having it. I woke up with tough back pain, which I’ve never had on a mattress before. At least the return process was good.

the mattress itself is very easy to open and get set up. but I think the mattress I received was too firm for me personally.. I got the standard firmness but I feel as if it’s a lot more firm than it should be.
