We'd been planning on purchasing a new matress for a year but there were SO MANY CHOICES. Knew we wanted one with no fiberglass, reasonably priced, and one from a reputable company. After sleeping on a Tuft & Needle mattress at a friends house, I placed the order online. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. We let it puff up for a day before sleeping on it. There was a slight chemical smell but that went away quickly. It was firmer than anticipated but we got a good night's sleep. Been a month and we love it!

I had herniated disc a couple of years back, this mattress gives the perfect amount of firm support. I’ve been sleeping so well, no more tossing and turning.

Much softer than previous original mattress that we got around 2016. We’re on the fence on what to do, but overall I prefer the older model as this one makes my back hurt.
