The smell is terrible. It’s been several weeks now and I still haven’t been able to sleep on the mattress, despite ventilation etc. it has decreased over time but I’m hoping it won’t be too much longer. I’m very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent delivery service and a very fine product

Delivery was actually about 30 minutes early, which meant no waiting all afternoon. Unloading and carrying the mattress upstairs was very quick and efficient.
Removing the old bed proved to be challenging down narrow stairs with a small landing halfway, but the lead man persisted in his multiple efforts with some assistance from me, and succeeded in removing it - no easy task!
The alerts and communications by email ahead of the delivery were plentiful and timely. All in all, an excellent job!
The mattress itself is a dream, at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love these mattresses - this is the 3rd one we've purchased. Our first is still performing great, as is the second. We moved to a bigger house and purchased this one for our guest bedroom.
