We like it, but it's not as soft as my daughters. Our is a little stiff. We are wondering if it's because it has the two solid box spring foundations? We will know when we can afford a platform bed. We hope that will change the situation.

We are still giving it a chance while it's still under warranty, 100% better sleep so far but I think we need to flip it over possibly, might have been compressed for too long. Also we were expecting it to be more firm, going to add a nice topper that might firm it up. But shipping was quick, it's really easy to order, box came a little damaged but who is happy to be a delivery driver...
