Comfortable, though edges seem to lack support

My son has only tried his mattress for one month and so far he finds it very comfortable. I'm eager to see how it holds up long-term. Compared to our previous Tempurpedic, the edges and corners of the T&N seem very soft and lacking support.

My friend had this bed In his guest room and I loved it so much I bought one for myself , it barely moves when either of us move and it feels like I am sleeping on a cloud. Which is weird because I have always preferred firm beds. It had no smell when we unboxed it and slept in it the same day we received it.

It’s a very comfortable bed. That being said it slides off the box spring all night. My husband is 68 so no we cannot put it just on a frame that would be way to low to get out of. Sorry
