I don’t think this is your companies fault, but the box was just left out in the middle of our driveway in the rain instead of under the overhang. Luckily it wasn’t damaged by the time we pulled it to the side

Nice mattress, but a little softer than I anticipated

I was excited to try this mattress on a platform bed. The mattress was softer than I expected. I subsequently ordered the box frame, and it feels much better. That said, now the bed is very high and difficult to get into! I'll need to look for a non-platform frame that is lower to the ground.
