We are certainly one of the few who returned our mattress. It was too soft for my husband. But they honored the return as they said they would and the made it easy.

We haven’t had the mattress 2 months and there is a definite hard ridge in the center. I rolled from one side to the other to turn off my husband’s alarm and had to roll up Troy get over the hump. It’s not visible to look at but it’s there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The bed is a lot firmer than we were expecting it to be. We didn’t feel like bothering with returning it, so we just bought a mattress topper instead. It just sucks paying that much money for a mattress to have to go a throw a topper on it, oh well.
