Customer service is excellent. Delivery was quick, but the mattress is a bit firm for me. I contacted the company and they sent me a free mattress pad. I am still in the process of deciding if it will work for me, but they have been great to work with.

Worth consideration if you like a firm mattress

After about 30 days of use, the mattress is still more firm than I would have preferred. If you prefer a softer mattress I would suggest that you explore other options, but if you prefer a firm mattress, then in would consider this as an option.
