When we had our night 1, I was not sure it was going to work for me. I couldn't sleep, it was so firm. Now, after having it for about 3 weeks it isn't bad and getting more comfortable. With that being said. I still would not call it plush, comfy, pillows and not a 5 on the scale of softness. I'm not sure what their requirements are to call it a 5 but I'd say more like a 7. I'm still hopeful it will soften up a bit more.

An excellent bed. Edges are a bit soft, meaning less firmness. Also it molds to the body, and may have noticeable lump if rolling over. Otherwise, no complaints from the users.
