We wanted to love this mattress given how easy it was to order, receive, undo and put on the bed. However it is firmer than we would have liked. Works fine for side sleeping, not so well for sleeping on back. My husband needs a thicker pillow. I used to really look forward to getting into bed with our former mattress, and can't say I feel that way for this one, but the price vs quality can't compare to the former one. (Way too expensive for how long it lasted.) The price for this T&N seems reasonable, and we sleep relatively comfortably...just wish it had a little more give. It does sleep cooler than our previous mattress which is a plus!

This is the second TN mattress for our home. This time it was for our son who had been complaining of back pain for a few months. We are now three weeks into the use of the new mattress and he hasn’t complained since. Tuft and Needle has great phone, chat and text service and delivers so promptly. We made our decision on a Tuesday and the mattress was at our front door on Wednesday afternoon with directions about how to set it up that were super simple. The bonus is the affordability of the mattress along with the community support they provide to local elementary schools. I’m not sure we’ll ever buy a different branded mattress.
