Upon testing out the mattress for the first time after it inflated, I was afraid it would be too soft. I had expected something really firm after reading other reviews. It's definitely not super firm, in my opinion (I'm a petite, 110 lb woman), but it's not too soft either. It's been three months sleeping on this mattress so far, and I have no complaints at all. I've never been picky with mattresses, so this exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleeps hot with a dent in the middle. We couldn't make up our minds about returning it or not. Overall comfort is pretty good especially if you're sleeping alone. We won't purchase this specific mattress again though

I picked this one because I’m a side-sleeper (I kind of sleep all over the place, though) and it’s on the firmer side as I wanted (could probably do the glass of wine trick). My old bed was really awful so this is definitely better and I sleep pretty well. Still have a little back pain some days, but could be from a variety of causes. Overall I’d recommend.
