Love their customer service! I never write reviews, but as a Marketing major, I wish this company was around when I did case studies on how to keep loyal customers. When I reached out about it unfortunately being too firm for me to sleep on (my husband loved it), they offered to send a topper free of charge. That came so quickly and I loved it! So glad not to hassle with finding a new mattress, etc. Will recommend T&N to all who ask!

It's a nice mattress. It inflated to full size quickly, didn't smell weird and was clean. It is a little firm for my taste so still deciding if I like it. I am a side, stomach, and back sleeper so it's difficult to find something that works perfectly for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this mattress. It arrived compressed and vacuum-sealed, but expanded to its full size within a few hours. I have this in my son's room, but had a guest visiting who slept on it a few days after we got it and they raved about how comfortable. I definitely recommend this mattress, especially at such an affordable price.
