I highly recommend Tuft and Needle - their customer service is excellent! I couldn't believe it when someone actually answered the phone when I called - twice! We were ordering new mattresses when moving into a new home, and they were happy to work with me on the delivery date. The mattresses arrived right on time, were easy to set up, and the best part is that they are super comfortable! This is our first time buying a foam mattress, and it is a bit "squishier" than a traditional mattress and box springs, but I found it to be supportive and yet giving in a good way. Love them!!

The packaging came pretty damaged, but the mattress was not damaged. It is pretty comfortable, some days I wake up with back pain, but I’m not sure if that is just my body. It is a fairly thin mattress. It is definitely better than my previous mattress but not the highest quality. You get what you pay for basically.

Great bed for my toddler, but I love it too! I read to her in the bed every night and it is very comfortable. The edges don’t sag when I sit on it (but have only had it a short time) and it is a medium firmness. There was no chemical smell when we unwrapped it and it “inflated” immediately. I like it so much I just bought another for a separate room!
