Used as a guest bed. Guests said they slept well- not too soft, not too firm. Did not sleep "hot."
Never bought a "bed in a box" before, but delivery and set up were simple. Can't speak to durability since it is so new and will only be used sporadically.

High quality mattress and an excellent value. This is our second T&N queen mattress purchase in two years. We have been so pleased with the first, we bought a second for the guest room. Purchase and delivery were easy, as was the set-up. We did a lot of research before selecting this mattress and are glad we did.

T&N is our family mattress. Our current mattress is 5+years old. Best mattress I have ever slept on. I'm 60 yrs old, retired military, I've traveled to 5 different continents and 16 different countries plus; it is great to come home knowing upon my return, I'll be sleeping in my T&N bed. In my opinion, this is the best bed on the market to date!
