If it's worth anything, the minute it came out of the packaging and I tried it out, I could stop saying "It's like a perfect marshmallow!" And I've stuck to that opinion ever since. Additionally the ordering process was so simple, and the delivery was prompt and easy too.

I absolutely adore this mattress. I have had it for 3 years and it is just as comfortable now as when I first slept on it. I liked it so much that I bought it as a gift for my parents. They thought it was too firm (they're wrong, it's perfect), but I contacted Tuft and Needle anyway about their return policy and they refunded me within a week! Best customer service, and phenomenal mattress.

I enjoy the Tuft and Needle mattress very much. We had an older model from about 4 or 5 years before purchasing this one, which was a little less expensive and had more cushion to it, but the sides on this model are sturdier and it still gives a good night's sleep. It's a great value for the price.
