The product seemed like a lovely mattress. Soft cover material, reasonable level of off-gassing (in my opinion). But it just didn't work for me. It was too firm for me. I am 125lbs and a side sleeper, so it just didn't give me the support I needed. My hips and shoulders didn't sink in enough, and then my midsection just felt unsupported.
The customer service was great. I feel like I was speaking to a real person in an office, and not someone in a call center. They shipped me a topper for free, and when that didn't help (same problems but just...fluffier?) they processed the refund immediately. COVID makes them unable to provide suggestions on who to donate to, but told me if I couldn't find a place to donate it they would arrange a junk pick up for me.

I searched and searched for a safe mattress for my child, I settled on Tuft & Needle and could not be happier. There was no yucky smell, ease of setup and it has provided comfy comfy sleeps.

Great mattress. We bought one 6 years ago, still love it, and there are no issues with the mattress. This recent one was for our son and he is very happy with it. Thank you T&N for a great night sleep.
