I was concerned that the mattress would not be firm enough for me but I was more than pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the mattress is and how much support it provides for this old back of mine! And the price was unbeatable.

It is everything I have needed in a mattress. The price is reasonable, it's light considering it being memory foam, fast shipping, and a 10yr warranty. It is soft but firm, cool, and supportive. I had to request a mattress topper being it was too firm for my weight and I’m a side/ combination sleeper. But the topper made this amazing. Easy to get out of bed but not wanting to. No more body aches or tossing and turning.

We purchased a full size Tuff n Needle a few years back which we dearly loved. It was just the perfect firmness. So, we expected the same thing from the same mattress, queen sized. This one is the same good quality, well packaged, easily unpacked, etc. However, it is not as firm as was the full sized mattress we had purchased earlier. It is a little softer and less supportive. It is a good mattress and we will continue to use it for now. But we are just a little disappointed with it being less firm and supportive.

Honestly you can't beat this for the price range. The mattress itself is pretty firm so I opted for the topper as well. I'm sleeping so much better than before.

The mattress is nice. Firm, but nice. Delivery was fast and customer service was exceptional. My only issue with the mattress is that the bottom of the mattress is covered in a very slick netting. Its so slick that you need a bed frame where the mattress is inset into the frame. My mattress slides around when I simply am sitting on it. Constantly having to move it back in place is a bit of a pain.

I have been wanting a new bed for YEARS and I am so glad a lot of my friends recommended tuft. I like a firm bed, but that is soft and cozy. My previous mattress was solid like a rock, I had to buy a mattress topper- but even that was mediocre. My boyfriends mattress was so worn and soft, I couldn't lie down without sinking in. This mattress was the best of both worlds. Firm, but soft enough for me to feel balanced and comfortable. Definitely recommend this mattress.
