Comfortable, but softer and warmer than expected

I'd say this is a medium soft/firm mattress, I expected slightly more firm. It gives a little too much around the perimeter. Also, it doesn't breathe any more/less than others I've had, whereas I was led to believe it was breathed 'cooler' than the average. Other than that, it's great. Comfortable to be sure.

It's "meh".

I've been using it for a month. It's a usable mattress, but that's it. I don't see any difference in sleep quality. Physically, I've been waking up with some stiffness, but I don't know if that's due to the mattress. I tend to sleep on one side. That side of the mattress is noticeably lower than the other side. If I roll to the other side in the middle of sleep, I can feel that I'm sleeping at an angle—uncomfortable. I thought memory foam was not supposed to function that way? It's overall, "meh," as in it's okay to have but I wouldn't recommend it to friends and family. Oh, before I forget, the default mattress cover is not supposed to be removed for safety reasons. If that's the case then don't ship the mattress with a white cover.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased one of your beds 3 years ago for my daughter and it’s still excellent. Now I’ve purchased another one, for my second daughter. And I know it will also stand the test of time. Everyone says it’s like sleeping on a cloud☁️
