Not too firm, not too soft, just right! Barely feel my partner's movements.
It was odd that I bought the mattress cover and the mattress together but the cover came several days later. Also, it recommends washing it first, but that thing took forever to dry. But now that everything is together, I love it.

Wife and I purchased a King in 2016 and loved it, bought a second queen, same original mattress and it's different, not as firm etc. not happy.
