I love that this foam mattress gives me support. My husband likes a softer mattress though. I bought the Tuft & Needle topper from but it was too soft for me and I was waking up with a sore back and new aches. We took the the topper off and used 2 mattress pillow toppers bought elsewhere and now both of us are sleeping better and I do not wake up sore.

Customer service was great and it was an easy return process. But the mattress itself wasn’t for me. At all. It was super hard with no give. It felt like laying on the ground.

It's a mattress. I've got no complaints, and it's nice to have something that's just a mattress and not a flattened lumpy pile of uncomfortable springs almost as old as I am. That said, there's nothing remarkable about it; it seems roughly comparable to any hotel mattress (at the low end hotels work puts me in every so often). No impression is a good impression, so 4 stars instead of 3.
