I only give it two stars because it was not the right bed for us. My husband thought it was too soft (he is 200lbs) I thought it was too firm (I am 138lbs) and we both experienced significant lower back pain after sleeping on the bed for 30-45 days.
Customer service is amazing, the quality of the bed is great, just not the right fit for us!

The quality of the mattress has greatly deteriorated. I ordered the same one for my older son a few years ago and it’s night and day. The mattress is not even the same thickness that the mattress protector which is sold by T&N is extremely loose on it, coming undone at nights.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Highly comfortable! It was firmer than our last mattress, so we did need to buy a bigger, less flat pillow to account for the increased firmness. We can’t recommend this mattress enough - it was a great price and arrived very quickly after ordering.
