I had heard about T&N through a friend and was curious to try it out myself. After reading numerous reviews, I finally decided to buy it. This is an overall good mattress. It is on the firmer side, although T&N claims it is medium-firm. It took a little while to get used to (about a month) to feel comfortable sleeping on it. Being a side sleeper, I did get hip and shoulder pain in the first week. Keep in mind that this mattress does not have a pillowed top so if you prefer a softer, more cushioned mattress, this might not be the one for you. I had to buy a plush mattress topper to add some extra softness. However, a couple weeks in, the mattress did soften up. I was getting deeper sleep and dreaming more often and still do to this day. I don't have any noticeable back pain, and the shoulder and hip pain I previously had, had gone away. I am pretty satisfied with my purchase and thought it was reasonably priced for the quality.

Very firm mattress. I need a topper for it. I have had this mattress a few weeks so don't know how it will hold up. I should have bought a memory foam mattress. This thing is like sleeping on the floor. Rock hard.

Delivery was very quick and painless. The mattress is very comfortable, firm, a bit plush in the right ways, and also conforms to the natural curvature of my body. I'd consider myself a heavy sleeper, but I absolutely need to be very comfortable and require support to be able to fall asleep, stay asleep, as well as wake up with no soreness or back/shoulder pain. I had recently moved, and was sleeping on the couch until the new mattress arrived, and was waking up each day with stiffness/soreness in my shoulder, and upper back. However, since switching to Tuft & Needle, my sleep has most definitely improved, and I have woken up discomfort-free each day. The difference is night and day, and carries over to other aspects of life. Highly recommend to anyone.
