Purchased with the hope it would help with my chronic back pain but, since using it for the past five weeks, I can say it has not helped with my pain, but is otherwise comfortable.
Customer service was GREAT, in that they sent me a mattress topper at no charge. Sorry to say that didn't help. Will give a little more time before final decision is made.
