Experience has been incredibly convenient; from placing order on sight, to setting up the mattress in my room, the entire process has been hassle free. Mattress is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It has proven to be a great product with exceptional value.

The process of ordering and receiving the mattress was very easy. I took off a point because the mattress is too soft for us, so we'll be donating it.

this mattress is exactly what I have been looking for. I find it extremely comfortable, not to soft not hot, does not sink like most memory foam mattresses are. Shipping and instructions for set-up were a breeze. Now my wife was not exactly sure at first. In fact the first week she refused to sleep in it. I started calling her goldee locks, cause she was jumping from bed to bed in our house. But she finally figured how comfortable I was in it and how well rested I would be after a night sleep. So she finally decided to give it a try. Her biggest concern was that it needed to adjust to her and also her to it. Now that she has been sleeping in it for a few days, I think she really likes it, just won't admit that I was right.
