The process, shipping and setting up was a breeze. The coolness to this mattress is wonderful. It is a bit firmer than I'd hoped for. I'm hoping my body adjusts. I'very been tossing and turning way too much. Hopefully these aches and pains stop.

Our mattress was delivered the evening of the day we purchased it! It arrived just in time as we were assembling the bed and put on the finishing touches when the doorbell rang. Thank you

I would however caution that the Tuft and needle might be a little too firm for old arthritic people and possibly very lightweight people. Having said that; It is a super company with a very good product at a great price.

My old bed was giving me really bad low back problems. This mattress is phenomenally better and more comfortable. Added bonuses are the fact that my NECK pain is now gone, I can now use a regular pillow, AND I don't get excessively hot even when I'm wrapped in multiple blankets.
