So far, I love my mattress. But not only that, your company has followed up asking about my experience both with the mattress and with the whole process. When I emailed back your team responded right away with a personal answer and NOT just some automated one. That tells me you care about your product and you want to make sure it is successful with the public!

I love the mattress! Very good support on my lower back. Much easier to get out of bed without waking up my significant other. I do not feel like the bed is a taco or that I am not level when I am laying flat. My sheets don't keep popping off. It is lower to the ground and a better height for my dog to jump up on. My teenage son and I got it up the stairs (which I normally have to remove the stair railing when moving mattresses up or down. Some just won't fit-period!) I have a lot of arthritis and have to change positions often during the night. I can stay longer in one position and when it is time to turn, the turning is easier!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. Before, the mattress I had was a spring mattress, not old but not new either I guess. The springs that were near my lower back and hips all popped and made it literally painful to sleep on. I had back problems for months due to that torture device. Then I got your mattress. The very first time I lay on it, I could feel that pain melting away. With my old mattress, I was unable to get to sleep for hours after laying down, with yours, I am asleep within one hour most nights. Never have I had a better, more consistently restful sleep than with this new Tuft & Needle mattress. Thank you. Truly, thank you. I can sleep again.
