Bed appears to be as advertised and sleeping on it is better than the traditional mattresses we currently have. It is a little 'hard' for us (which is unusual for us to state), but with a mattress pad it works fine. Will be ordering a king sized on for our master bedroom now... thanks! Mark+

Very supportive but not hard.Cradles your body in all the right spots it's our 11th night of the best rest ever.We both wake up rested and without body aches. My hips have never felt better in 15 years.thank you tuft and needle.

Super comfy. Easy delivery and set up. Only reason not a 10 is that the hubby (almost 6'4'') sinks a little more. If he were heavier he may sink too much. But he's not so it works great for us.

The mattress is quite firm, a bit too firm. I'm giving it a few weeks to see if it breaks in a bit.
