When I realized my mattress was in a box on the front porch, I had reservations. No way this can be good I thought. Was fun to watch the mattress inflate itself. After sleeping on it for a month, I am a fan! (surprisingly it has no weird smell)This mattress is really soft to the touch, but it is firm enough to keep my spine in perfect alignment. I am sleeping well & waking refreshed. So far, I am VERY pleased!

I bought a mattress last year brand new and it broke down within months. I have had back pain ever since, I even started sleeping on the couch leaving my husband to stay with our bed. Soon he started with back pain. We've heard on T&N on the radio and the fact that you give us the guarantee was my selling point. Since getting our mattress I wake up with zero back pain and my husband and I get to sleep together! Yay! It's been the best 3 nights so far!

Pros: Very simple buying process, straightforward salesmanship, and fair price for a quality product. Would definitely recommend a friend consider Tuft & Needle.
Cons: I would advise friends that the bed is a little on the firm side.
