Order was easy, delivery was quick, set up was easy and I read good reviews from Consumer Reports Magazine. I chose 9 because raves from me so far, but I haven't had my mattress long enough to know how it will stand up against time and use. That's the only unknown so far.

The ordering process was very easy; the mattress was shipped so quickly; it was very easy to get out of the box and roll out. It's super comfortable. My only hesitation is that the smell has remained even a week or more later.

The Tuft & Needle is so very comfortable and you wake up feeling rested. We went from a high end pillow top mattress to the Tuft & Needle and could not be happier!
