The bed shipped quickly and came in a nice presentable box with carry handles. Easily unwrapped. Firmness is perfect. There are no springs pushing into me. I was concerned about getting hot but that has not been the case. I think it is cooling far more than I expected.

I feel that we got an amazing bed for the price. It's actually a little soft for me, but it is very comfortable and we have slept like babies since the first day we opened our package. So far, so good. Thank you Tuft & Needle!

I love this mattress it's so comfortable perfect firmness and I'm finally not sore in the morning. My husband says he could stay in bed all day

We started using the bed on 2/1 and are very pleased. The support is great for both of us. It works perfectly with our adjustable frame.
