I've been using the tuft and needle mattress for about a month and I can say that it has been the best purchase quality of life wise. It has the perfect amount of firmness especially when broken in and it breathes well enough that I don't sweat at night anymore. Owned a gel/memory foam hybrid the past 10 years and it got to the point where it sagged in the middle giving me back pains and also got tired of sleeping hot every night living in Florida.
I would say it's worth every penny and if this company sticks out for another 10 years or more I'll be a returning customer buying another great mattress from them.

For someone like me who needs a pretty firm mattress, this wasn't the right option. It's got all the comfort, but not the support. My back has been achy. My rating takes that into account, but the purchasing/shipping process and customer service have been really really excellent, so I almost wanted to give it 5 stars. It simply wasn't the right mattress for my back.

Very pleased. Next to no chemical right out of the box. Comfort is so subjective, but it’s a great balance between firm but not hard. Overall firm, but soft in specific spots. Good for all sleeping positions.

I was a little nervous about ordering a mattress online without seeing it in person. I’m a tactile shopper and like to touch, poke and analyze before I commit. Honestly, this was a great experience from start to finish. The FAQ section was very helpful as were the reviews. I decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did. I am extremely happy with our purchase.

It's a good mattress but I feel the design has changed.
I bought an original t&n mattress 4 years ago and loved it. Still do. Decided once it was time to replace my son's mattress that another t&n was the way to go. I went online to order and saw that some new designs had been released but decided to purchase what should have been identical to the first mattress-the Original.
Well, it's not identical. It's thinner (I measured) and feels different. It's not as firm. The edges are softer and more collapsible. It just doesn't seem quite as nice as the first mattress we bought 4 years ago. I sleep on both the mattresses often and can also tell a difference.
Overall, it's still a pretty good mattress. But I find the decrease in quality a little upsetting.

I love this mattress! I wanted a good mattress for a good price and this definitely fits! Nice and firm! The only reason that I am giving it 4 stars is that there was some misleading information about the mattress. I bought the metal base along with the mattress and the site said that you wouldn’t need a box spring. You DO need one, or the mattress will sink through the gaps of the frame! I had to order the box spring separately- making me wait another week before I could sleep on my bed. That’s my only complaint! Everything else, shipping, price, quality, is terrific!

This mattress is phenomenal! It's been over a month now and I still am SO happy every time I crawl into bed! I don't know why we waited so long to change over from our old spring mattress (that was sagging in the middle). I sleep on my back and my husband sleeps on his stomach, this has worked great for both of us!
