The mattress is comfortable, cool, and there was very little odor. We slept on it the same day we got it. It doesn't seem possible something that can be rolled up into a box can be so comfortable to sleep on. We love it.
My only complaint is that it was not actually sealed when it came out of the box. There were fist-size holes on two corners of the plastic (not torn, just not sealed) which meant it started expanding as soon as we took it out of the box. It ended up a bit of a wrestling match. It might also be helpful for you to mark on the plastic where the top is.
Overall, a very happy customer.
